Reduction linocut, Edition of 18 Image size 12" x 12" Hand printed on BFK Rives paper Sold unframed
It's been my good fortune to be able to help in a small way with the ongoing seabird research efforts of Audubon's Seabird Institute and Project Puffin for more than a decade. The Project manages seven seabird breeding islands off the coast of Maine, including the one where this scene took place.
Stratton Island is unique in the research archipelago, in that its interior sports a good-sized freshwater pond and an active heron and egret colony in addition to the many nesting common and roseate terns on its rocky shores. And oystercatchers!
Price INCLUDES shipping within the United States. International shipping for additional fee.
